Warmer weather means outdoor events in many communities. Fremont is no exception, as a series of concerts is now on the schedule.
The Central Park Summer Concert Series starts soon, with attendees enjoying performances set against the backdrop of scenic Lake Elizabeth. The upcoming concerts feature a variety of performers and music genres.
All performances take place at the Central Park Performance Pavilion, and are held from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm. They are open to the public free of charge. Organizers warn that parking lots near the park tend to fill up early, so anyone who would like to park close to the venue should try to arrive by 5:00 pm.
Patrons are also reminded that barbecues are not permitted at the concert area, and they are asked to observe social distancing by keeping a minimum space of six feet.
The concert series is:
• July 15 (this Thursday) – The Sun Kings, who play the music of the Beatles
• July 22 – Ronstadt Revival, playing the music of Linda Ronstadt
• July 29 brings Carnaval, playing Santana’s hits
• August 5 will feature Journey Revisited, who play the music of Journey
• August 12 brings the party band David Martin’s House Party
• August 19 sees the series end with East Bay Mudd, playing R&B with an emphasis on the brass section
Poster printing is often effectively used to create attractive advertising to publicize events like this.
