Pop culture festival brings the stars to San Jose
The Wizard World Comic Con is coming to the area next month for three days, and is a convention dedicated to comics, movies and popular culture.
This year's convention will feature a host of stars from movies, television, and pro wrestling. Among the special guests who are confirmed for the event are Bruce Campbell, Adrienne Barbeau, Scott Wolf, Emily Kinney, and Michael Cudlite.
Attendees will have the opportunity to collect autographs and pose for pictures with the stars. Autographs cost between $30 and $50, and photo ops are available for $40 and up. There are also several VIP experiences, which cost $199.99 each and include pictures and autographs.
The show is also set to feature cosplay contests and a vendors’ room in which guests can purchase artworks, books, collectibles, photographs, and many other related items.
No doubt fans from all over the area, including nearby Fremont, will want to attend at least one day of the convention. Local print companies may be asked to provide posters that advertise this event.
