The Top Hat XXVIII Dinner Dance is taking place in Fremont in less than a week’s time. It is an annual fundraising event for the Washington Hospital Healthcare System and usually attracts approximately 700 community leaders when it comes round.
Guests this year will enjoy a cocktail reception, a four-course dinner, and an open bar. There will be an informational program presented, a live auction and dancing. Guests can also relax in the jazz lounge while listening to some music.
The theme of this year's dance is the Great Gatsby, and this will be reflected in decorations and drink options. The event is also black tie, and free valet parking will be available.
Sponsorships are available from $2,000 up to $25,000, while ads that will appear in the program booklet cost from $100 to $500.
Funds raised from the dinner will go towards the Washington Special Care Nursery, which provides services for premature and babies who are born with health issues. Fremont brochure printers often lend their services to events such as these, as many of them provides a souvenir program to everyone who attends.
The event will be held at the Grand Tent at Washington West on October 11 from 6:00 pm until midnight. Tickets are $250 each. To find out more about the event, or the nursery, contact John R. McCoy at 510-791-3428.
