The 32nd annual ‘Fremont Festival of the Arts’ is taking place next month for two days. It is hosted by the Fremont Chamber of Commerce.
This is a large festival that will feature over 700 booths from artisans, non-profit organizations and businesses. ‘Businesses Alley’ is where Chamber-owned companies will have the opportunity to sell products and to showcase their services. There will also be three stages providing entertainment over the three days. Some of those performing include the Steve Carter Group, Lumberyard, and the Patron Latin Rhythms as well as tribute bands such as Stealin' Chicago (Chicago) and Two of Us (Lennon and McCartney).
Visitors can also enjoy street performers, a gourmet marketplace, and wine, beer and margaritas. ‘Kid City’ will keep the kids entertained with rides, games, activities, and children's entertainers.
This event is a good showcase for local artists and businesses. They can also network with their peers. With that in mind, many local business leaders will probably be contacting Print companies in the area for Business Cards to exchange with their peers.
The Fremont Festival of the Arts will be held in Downtown Fremont on August 1 and 2 from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm each day. Admission is free.
