Residents in the Fremont area are fastening their bibs and pulling out their crab hammers for the 2017 Crab Feed. The all-you-can-eat event features entertainment, prizes, and dancing.
The crab is the biggest draw, and plenty of it will be on hand for appetites big and small. Guests will be treated to a dinner of all-you-can-eat crab, as well as a side of pasta, salad, garlic bread, and dessert. For beverages, diners can get beer from Das Brew and wine from the no-host bar, or they can bring their own bottles for a $20 corkage fee.
The theme of the event is St. Patrick’s Day, and the entertainment echoes this. Irish step dancers will perform as well as some stand-up comedy acts. Some Irish-themed music will also be played for visitors to dance along with. In addition to the music and dancing, a raffle will also be held for gift baskets full of Promotional Products, gift cards, and more. A ‘stock your bar’ raffle will also give out hundreds of dollars of spirits to help participants fill up their home collections.
The Crab Feed will be held on March 11 from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm at the Fremont Veterans Hall, located at 37154 Second St. Admission is $50 in advance or $60 at the door. Anyone looking for more info should visit the website.
