The Career and Community Resource Fair will be held this month in Fremont, and is a presentation of Fremont Adult and Continuing Education and the Fremont Chamber of Commerce.
Organizers of this event are still looking for hiring companies and community organizations to participate in the annual fair. This includes those who represent social service groups, colleges, trade schools, and nonprofit organizations.
Tables are $25 each and exhibitors also have the opportunity to host presentations on topics such as interview skills, financing, and filling out online job applications.
For the public, this is an opportunity to learn about the services available in their community and possibly find a new job. It is also a chance for organizations to find both paid and volunteer workers to help with their programs, with everyone likely to come away with a better understanding of the resources available in their community.
Many of the exhibitors will no doubt printed material on hand for guests to pick up and take home with them. These could include Brochures, Booklets and digital Business Cards produced by Fremont Print companies.
The Career and Community Resource Fair is taking place at the Fremont Adult School on January 30 from 8:30 am - 12:30 pm. Admission is free.
