Asian restaurant expands into Fremont

A brand-new called restaurant called Pho Ha Noi has opened its doors in Palo Alto, and another one is set to grace Milpitas over the next few months.

A sixth Pho Ha Noi establishment will emerge in Fremont sometime next year, which means that the Bay Area will have six of these restaurants.

Helen Nguyen, who has experience in international trade, has expanded her professional repertoire by venturing into the world of restaurants. Alongside her husband, Harry, she successfully launched pho establishments in San Jose in 2016 and then in Cupertino in 2019. Demonstrating her entrepreneurial spirit, Helen introduced a sophisticated concept called La Barrique in 2021, which has since evolved into the esteemed Pho Ha Noi Elite. Both San Jose restaurants can be found within the Vietnam Town center, nestled in the heart of the city's vibrant Little Saigon district. Banner printing is an effective way of advertising a new restaurant opening.

Nguyen took charge of the revitalization project in Palo Alto, transforming the highly coveted corner location at University and Emerson. Within this revamped space, patrons can indulge in a variety of options beyond the traditional chicken pho and beef. Noteworthy specialties include the Vietnamese Sizzling Steak.

The menu also boasts a Green Apple Salad complemented by tender Flank Steak, as well as a generous portion of Short Rib. For those seeking a twist on shaken beef, Nguyen's rendition, aptly named Rock and Roll, provides a dining experience people are lining up for.
