Art workshop focuses on mental health

The MGB x Fremont Main Library Art Workshop will be providing a free art workshop designed for children in elementary school.

This series of one-hour sessions will teach children about mental health subjects such as stress, anxiety, and mindfulness. After the teaching phase of the event, kids will participate in an art creation that reflects both their grasp of the subject matter and their newly acquired social-emotional abilities.
