The Cantor Arts Center, only a few miles from Fremont, has reopened with a new schedule and a few new restrictions.
Reservations are required for guests who wish to visit the arts center. One registration will allow a visitor to come and go as they please all day. Groups are limited to 10 people per reservation. People who have been to the art center before will notice that the parking situation has changed as well. They will have to pay for parking using the Stanford Transportation contactless process, which can be accessed on phone, online, or through the ParkMobile application. Printing services can be used to educate people on how to use new installations.
Parking restrictions are in place from Monday to Friday during business hours. Parking fees and enforcement are waived outside of business hours and on weekends. Guests are advised to familiarize themselves with the contactless parking system before arriving in order to avoid delays. Any request for special or disability access should be mailed in three days before the expected visit to give the management enough time to accommodate a particular request.
The new opening times for the Cantor Arts Center are Wednesday to Sunday from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm. Reservations are free and registered patrons can enter from any of the museum’s entrances. The museum is located at Stanford University.
