Printer manufacturer Epson America, Inc. recently announced that its new Technology Center is open now in Carson.
As an initiative that will no doubt be of interest to those involved in the graphic design or professional printing sector, the center will provide a hands-on experience for both dealers and customers, as well as showcasing the applications and printing solutions the company has developed.
The Director of Professional Imaging for Epson America, Inc., Andreas Goehring, said the center will give customers and dealers the chance to learn about Epson’s professional imaging technology in one location, whether they are adding to the products they already have, or are completely new to Epson. Goehring say he understands investing in new technology is a significant step, and customers can bring their own files to the center to explore the Epson products, which will enable them to make more informed buying decisions.
The center will also provide a hands-on opportunity for customers to examine the entire Epson wide-format printing offerings, including photography, signage, dye-sublimation, and printing direct-to-garment.
Later this year, Epson plans to work with dealers to bring Epson Certified Solution Centers to vital metropolitan areas. These centers will give customers a chance to examine Epson’s imaging technology, talk to experts in the company’s products, and use their own files to Print test samples.
