Starting in early 2022, this Carson area culinary school offers classes for both amateur and professional chefs, and this series of 14 sessions will cover skills and techniques for use in the average kitchen. Anyone who is at least 16 years of age is welcome, and along with home cooks, it may be useful to anyone who owns or operates a food service business.
The students in the classes will be taught a variety of cookery techniques, and knife skills are on the agenda.
