A crawfish boil is a well-loved Cajun tradition, and an upcoming event near Carson will see diners served this shellfish hot from the pot, accompanied by some popular side dishes.
The LSU Social Association will be treating ticket holders to an afternoon of seafood, and while they enjoy their meal, the attendees can catch up with their former classmates and other alumni. They can choose from a single ticket or one that grants entry for ten, and a discounted rate will be available until March 16th.
This will be the boil’s 36th year, and everyone will be treated to the shellfish as well as potatoes, corn on the cob, and an assortment of traditional fixings. They will each receive three pounds of crawfish, and all of the proceeds from the sale of passes will be donated to the scholarship programs at California LSU. Early Tiger tickets start at $92.55 each, and after March 16th, the price will go up to $103.22. These include fees and taxes.
