Aficionados of Japanese cars may want to make sure they save space in their September Calendar for a Carson area show that will put these vehicles front and center.
The Japanese Classic Car Show is celebrating its 17th anniversary this year. According to its event listing, it was the first event of its kind to be held in the USA, and it continues to be one of the largest.
The activity will be held in Marina Green Park, and cars from the 1950s through to 1995 will be on display. Those who own one of these vehicles are encouraged to pre-register, and at least 500 will be chosen to be included in the occasion. A variety of area sponsors will have antique cars, including one used for racing, on display. The function’s parts market and vendor pop-up area will be back for people to browse through as well.
