WestWorld to hold multiple events during March
Scottsdale's WestWorld will offer rodeo, horse shows, and a car auction during March.
Local cowboys and cowgirls will be heading out to Westworld of Scottsdale, 16601 N. Pima Road, for the 68th annual Rodeo Scottsdale a.k.a. Parada del Sol Rodeo from March 4 through 7.
Barrel racing, calf-roping wrestling, and bull riding will be part of the action-packed four-day officially sanctioned rodeo put on by Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association.
A Carousel Charity Horse Show is scheduled for March 11 through 14. Showcasing diverse breeds, showmanship, and horsemanship, this event is billed as Arizona’s foremost multi-breed competition.
On March 12, the arena will host the Arizona Paint Horse All Breed Spring Celebration. The first show on March 12 and 13 will be judged by Kelly Chapman of Minnesota and Arizona’s own Mark Kuhlwein. The second show will be March 13 and 14, judged by Colorado’s Nancy Wright and Kevin Hood.
Collman Equestrian Productions, Inc. will hold its 2021 Scottsdale Spring Festival March 18 through 21, and Spring Classic from March 24 to 28. The Cactus Reining Classic will be on March 20.
A Barrett Jackson Car Auction is scheduled from Wednesday, March 24 to Sunday, March 28. It will include an automobilia auction and a large array of collector cars.
