Maricopa County Home Show returns
Many Scottsdale homeowners will be going to the Maricopa County Home and Garden Show scheduled for late September.
The three-day event will feature vendors exhibiting and selling items such as remodeling services, awnings, shelving, furnishings, insurance and financial services, flooring and garage solutions. Other exhibitors will include garden and plants, home security, energy solutions, and landscaping. Non home improvement vendors will be vending wellness supplies, pest control, spas, grills, pet services and products, and lifestyle and leisure items and services.
Other activities will include free hands-on gardening workshops in the North Hall, Main Stage seminars taught by professionals and master gardener seminars taught by The University of Arizona Master Gardeners. Crafting workshops will also be featured in the North Hall.
A free kids' corner will offer make-and-take workshops for kids from the ages of 4 to 12.
Booth #900 will be a walkthrough greenhouse with a guide to answer any questions about the tropical and exotic botanicals and house plants. Booth #4422 will offer free take-home backyard designs and landscape consultation. Booth #418 will offer free professional home remodeling consultation, and consultants at booth #4080 will be available to answer all questions regarding trees and shrubs.
