Inaugural dinner to conserve wildlife
Liberty Park Charities, Inc. will be presenting “Night Under the Sea,” its inaugural Black Tie Gala and Silent Auction in October.
Everyone is invited to don their gala gowns and tuxedos and enjoy a cocktail reception with hors d’oeuvres and a night with a three-course dinner, champagne and dessert. A raffle ticket will be included with each reservation. The raffle prize will be a 1010 Harley Davidson Breakout worth $19,049.
After the meal there will be door prizes, dancing and a silent auction. The items up for bid will include International and U.S. vacation packages, hotel stays, gift cards, and experience, sports and entertainment packages.
General admission will be $175. Black-footed ferret, Mountain lion and Mexican Wolf tables will be available for $5,000 each. They each include a table that seats 10, early access to the event, and an opportunity to speak to the audience, or show a 60-second ad on stage. Other benefits include business logo design on the event’s website, an ad in gala program, and a thank you on Liberty Park website, promotional emails, and Twitter.
Proceeds will go to one of Liberty Park Charities Inc. projects – Desert Thunder Wildlife Conservation Park. The goal of the park is to rescue 500 animals during the 2021-2022 year.
Night Under the Sea is scheduled to take place Saturday, October 17 from 6:00 pm unit 11:00 pm at the JW Marriott Scottsdale Camelback Inn Resort and Spa, 5402 East Lincoln Drive.
