City to host its own Superbowl fan fest
With the Superbowl coming to Glendale’s University of Phoenix Stadium early next month, Scottsdale will not be ignored.
Scottsdale football enthusiasts can enjoy a celebration right here in town. Fan Fest Scottsdale 2015, a week-long event, hosted by COX will be free and have ESPN Live Broadcasting throughout the festivities.
T.V. personalities and shows will be featured throughout the week. Some activities for fans scheduled during the week include culinary arts emphasizing Scottsdale’s unique cuisine. Cooking competitions amd demonstrations such as the celebrity chef demos will be part of the experience, along with drink pairings and special tastings.
Food trucks will be cuing up from opening to closing daily. Scottsdale Fashion Square will be featuring the latest fashion trends in daily fashion shows, and entertainment will not be in short supply as skill competitions at the Coaches Challenge, gaming, a week-long Street Party, and a few surprises are in store.
The Countdown to Kick Off Clock will tick down to the Superbowl. Attendees, sponsors, vendors, chefs, and anyone else involved in this event will want to get their digital business cards ready.
This event will take place north of Scottsdale Fashion Square, 7014-2124 E. CamelBack Road and is scheduled for January 26 through February 1. The venue will be open, Monday through Friday, 4:00 am till 8:00 pm. Saturday hours are 8:00 am till 8:00 pm and Sunday’s are 8:00 am till noon.
