Unique classic rock concert comes to Chandler

Chandler will soon be filled with the sounds of classic rock when SixtiesMania comes to the Chandler Center for the Arts.

The 1960s tribute band SixtiesMania covers everyone from The Beatles to The Rolling Stones, The Kinks, Cream, Creedence Clearwater Revival, The Monkees, The Doors and the Beach Boys.

The band takes inspiration from the most notable musical events from the decade that defined modern rock music, including the Summer of Love, the so-called “British Invasion” of bands like The Beatles and Woodstock.

The 1969 Woodstock Music and Art Fair was a famous multi-day musical festival held on a farm in Bethel, New York, where some of the most prominent rock musicians of the time performed, including the Who, the Grateful Dead, Jimi Hendrix, Jefferson Airplan, Ravi Shankar and the R&B group Sly and the Family Stone.

The Las Vegas-based SixtiesMania band plays shows all over the U.S., including recent stops scheduled in Texas, Illinois, and soon, Chandler.

The Sixtiesmania Productions moniker also has a Beatles tribute show called Fourever Fab.

Past clients for SixtiesMania include various casinos, resorts and clubs all over the U.S., including in Nevada, Louisiana, Mississippi and Washington.

Music events like this may choose to use business card printing so they can more easily make connections for future promotional opportunities.

SixtiesMania - A Journey Through The Sixties is happening on June 20 at 5 p.m. at the Chandler Center for the Arts at 250 N. Arizona Ave.
