A pair of comedic rappers, Big Time Maca and Aaron Monte, are taking the stage at Chandler’s Mic Drop Comedy this July.
Big Time Maca, whose real name is Max Castillo, has garnered nearly a million followers on social media through his videos on TikTok and other platforms. The rapper and comedian notably first went viral with his video “Making the Pause Music for GoldenEye 64.”
Big Time Maca has since carved out a respectable comedic career writing sketches starring celebrities for Fortnite and voicing characters in Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3+4. Big Time Maca’s comedy rap album, Big Time Album, includes several tracks with music videos.
Aaron Monte has made a name for himself with more than 100,000 followers on social media tuning in to his standup and comedy rap performances. Recently, he released his first comedy special on YouTube, “Good Morning, Mr. Monte.”
A former middle school teacher who often incorporates his experiences into his act, Monte is a regular presence in the CBS sitcom The Neighborhood and is one of the members of the comedy rap group Run The Fools.
Musical comedy shows like this may choose to use brochure printing to create informational pamphlets and audience programs.
Big Time Maca and Aaron Monte: Comedy Rap and Standup Spectacular is happening on July 3 at 7 pm and 9:30 pm at Mic Drop Comedy at 51 E Boston St in Chandler.
