Chandler City Hall will be the venue for the Lease Like a Pro learning session, which will help those who take part avoid some of the mistakes commonly made during the process. It's free to participate, and its schedule runs for two hours.

During the class, participants will be introduced to the ins and outs of negotiating a commercial lease. A grab-and-go lunch will be served, and the presenters will cover five common mistakes that should be avoided during the process. The discussion will be followed by a question-and-answer period, where questions may be submitted to the facilitator in advance.
