Kids may find working with clay to be a lot of fun, and a class planned for Chandler youngsters will teach them a simple technique for doing so.
The students in an upcoming workshop will be making pinch pot pumpkins, each of which will have its own unique look and personality. It is intended for kids from the ages of 6 to 16, and full instruction will be provided.
Learners will get started by making a closed-form pinch pot, and they will then shape them into their own special design. Once each is ready, the facilitator will glaze and fire the pieces before they are returned to the registrants at a late date.
It will be an in-person session, and everyone is asked to arrive no later than 9:00 am sharp. Any latecomers may be refused entry. Thanks to the support of the organizers, there is no fee to participate.
A crafting class may be a lot of fun, no matter what the participants’ ages are. A flyer printing company will be pleased to make sure as many know about one as possible by preparing attention-grabbing marketing materials.
This easy introduction to working with clay will be presented to Chandler kids on Saturday, September 9. The venue for the class can be found at 10 East Chicago Street.
