The organizers of an upcoming event hope their celebration will help Chandler’s older adults to live their best lives.
The annual Chandler Senior Expo is not far away, and it will see local seniors connect with a wide selection of businesses and organizations. It may prove to be a valuable opportunity to those who take part, and anyone over the age of 50 is welcome.
The function will see businesses, service providers, and not-for-profit organizations setting up displays that showcase what they have to offer. The attendee can ask questions, gather promotional Pens and other swag being handed out, and meet other local adults, and everyone can take advantage of the blood pressure cholesterol, glucose and other screening tests that can help to detect any health issues early on. These will be offered at no charge.
To help make this Senior Expo the best one yet, its organizers have put out a call to the local community seeking exhibitors. The deadline to apply is Friday, February 17, and the planners can be reached at 480-782-2720.
The Chandler Senior Expo will be welcoming the public on Wednesday, March 8, as it hopes to prove that life begins at 50. It will be held at the Chandler Community Center, and the doors will be open from 9:00 am until 12:00 noon.
