A Chandler company currently occupying offices on Germann Road recently signed a lease for new space at Overstreet, a mixed-use development on North Arizona Avenue

Revint Solutions will lease a space measuring 18,492 square feet in the development, and will in fact take over the whole second floor. Among the amenities at the center are glass walls that run ceiling to floor, opportunities for building signage, and a sky bridge. Developers can use brochure printing to show the project to prospective tenants.

Overstreet sits at the corner of Chandler Boulevard and Arizona, and offers 72,000 square feet for a mixed-use clientele. Flix Brewhouse, which is a cinema with a microbrewery in the house, is the anchor tenant. There are retailers on site, as well as the Screamery, and Over Easy, both restaurants. The Crown Plaza Hotel & Resort, Las Palmas Cantina, DC Steakhouse, the Original Chopshop, and the SanTan Brewing Company are all within walking distance.

Dave Carder and Scott Boardman were the landlord's representatives in the transaction. Boardman said the Revint Solutions lease is an example of business tenants seeking engaging play, work, and living environments in which to locate. He went on to praise the developer, who has been successful in creating up-to-the-minute mixed-use projects.

David Sellers, who is with the developer LGE Design Build, said there is no other project in the area that can compare to Overstreet, and he is confident Revint is a good match for the development.
