Jerry Garcia was the frontman for The Grateful Dead for many years, and a Chandler brewing company and taproom has planned a special celebration in honor of this performer.
The crew at SanTan Gardens will be celebrating the life and musical works of Jerry Garcia by holding its Jerry Day party in early August. Both dedicated “Deadheads” and those who just enjoy listening to their music may enjoy the occasion, and two tribute bands will supply the entertainment for the crowd.
While standing and dancing room admission to the function is free, there is a VIP ticket option on offer as well. These offer guaranteed entry as well as a food voucher and some graphic wall art prose created by a poster printing company. The celebration will kick off in the afternoon and wrap up in the late evening, and craft beer and cocktails can be purchased.
The organizers of the function say there will be souvenir T-Shirts with a special graphic design on sale for as long as supplies last. Corporate Gifts can be prepared for many types of events by a local printer.
SanTan Gardens is set to hark back to the hippie days of the Grateful Dead on Saturday, August 5. Admission is free for standing room attendees, and VIP passes to be part of the fun are $20.
