Developer hopes to open new outlet in Casa Grande

AZSourcing, a company based on the border between Phoenix and Scottsdale, hopes to redevelop an outlet mall in Casa Grande.

The former mall comprises 189,000 square feet, and would be revamped into an outlet center focusing on furniture.

Marshall Stahl, the Chief Operating Officer for AZSourcing, said he hopes to bring retailers, furniture makers, national brands, and home furnishing companies together in an outlet mall. Stahl says furniture and other decorative items will be available for lower prices in this environment.

Stahl believes the outlet mall will draw customers from both Tucson and Phoenix, since it's almost equidistant from both. Casa Grande is approximately 45-55 minutes from Phoenix, and about an hour from Tucson. Stahl hopes to see the mall open by February 2017.

AZSourcing is also working on another project in Casa Grande, an exposition and international trade center called the PhoenixMart, and comprising 1.7 million square feet.

As the mall project starts to shape up, the developer might create Brochures that highlight the new mall's amenities, and make them available to commercial realtors. As tenants move in, they might want to work with Stationery printers to create appropriate Letterheads to identify their new premises. They will probably also consider working with business card printing companies to create the appropriate cards for them to use when they contact customers.
