Casa Grande Rotary Club has fall festival in sights
The Casa Grande Rotary Club, part of an international organization with chapters in many countries, has plans in the works for a fun-filled October event.
The proceeds from the 2nd annual Oktoberfest festival will be used to find community service projects, and it will run for four hours. All ages are welcome to drop by and see for themselves how much fun will be on offer.
Held in Neon Sign Park, the function will see community members make selections from the food trucks that will be rolling in, and a beer garden will offer the adults in the crowd a chance to enjoy an ice cold glass while they relax and catch up with old friends or make new ones. A kids’ zone will be open for the evening, and everyone can admire the vehicles in the show and shine.
A fall festival gives a city, town or other community a chance to celebrate. They often include a vendor area where the attendees can show some love to local small businesses, and in turn, these companies may choose to distribute promotional pens and other swag to thank the public for their support.
