Customized stepping stones can be a fun way to dress up a garden, and a Casa Grande workshop will teach how to craft these functional works of art.
Casita Workshop will teach a group of locals how to prepare personalized mosaic garden steppers, and it will be spread out over three days. The materials needed for the project will be supplied, and those who bring along a design of their choice will be able to use it to prepare their piece.
The facilitator of the activity will walk the registrants step by step through the process of crafting their mosaic, and everyone is advised to wear clothes they do not mind getting paint on. There is enough space in the workshop for up to ten participants, and the registration fee is $75 each. Everyone will be able to form their own shapes for the stone using the clay that will be on hand, and the items crafted will be taken to the kiln to be fired between the classes.
For a person taking a seat in this sort of class, it can mean keeping an item they create for themselves or giving it as a gift to a friend or family member. A flyer printing company will have a variety of ways to generate public interest in a function like this.
This opportunity to craft a special piece of garden art will begin on November 4. The venue is situated at 127 West Wilson Street.
