Casa Grande announces summer program
A program that is sure to be fun is scheduled to start in Casa Grande this summer.
The Palm Island Family Aquatic Park will be the place to be, when Summertime Fitness programs kick off. The third Saturdays of the month during the summer bring classes in either Aqua Aerobics or Aqua Zumba, both designed to increase fitness. Aerobics and Zumba have been practiced for many years, but doing them in the water adds to the enjoyment. The classes will be taught by fitness instructors from the CRC Group.
In order to join in the fun, participants need not have any other experience, but they have to know how to swim. The classes are open to exercisers of any level, from beginners to experts, but they must be at least 13 years of age. Family and friends are encouraged to attend. The Aquatic Park also offers water cannon, sprays, an Aqua Climb wall, and a water slide that is 150 feet long. Poster printing can be used to create placards with safety warnings for venues holding events like this.
At this time, the first class is scheduled to begin June 20, and with additional sessions on July 18 and August 15. All classes run from 9.00 am until 10.00 pm, at the Aquatic Park on North Brown Avenue. Classes are free, and those interested in taking part should check the venue for any changes in the schedule.
