Work on the construction of two housing projects at sites in Coatbridge is on track, meaning they should be completed by the scheduled deadline.
Both of these projects are being built by CCG (Scotland) and they are located on Dunottar Avenue and School Street. Between them, they will provide Coatbridge with over 220 brand new homes, all of which will be affordable housing. CCG (Scotland) was chosen to deliver the projects by North Lanarkshire Council. They represent one phase of a larger housing programme that will be completed over the next 10 years.
The Dunottar Avenue scheme will consist of a total of 100 affordable homes. These are being constructed on land that was previously occupied by low-rise flats. The new housing will be made up of 24 flats, and 76 cottage flats and houses.
Meanwhile, the work at School Street will see 127 homes built on the site of the old Columba High School. These will be a mix of bungalows, semi-detached houses and flats.
Brochure printing by Coatbridge shops can be handy for local developers when they have new homes for sale or rent. This is because Brochures can show them off to potential buyers or tenants.
The cost of the schemes is £50.5 million, and the Scottish Government provided £24.8 million of that via grants.
The expected completion date for them is the middle of 2027.Get a Free Quote for Brochures
