New wine bar planned for Prestwich

Residents of Prestwich may soon have another option when it comes to a night out, with the confirmation that Plans for a new wine bar have been submitted to the local council.

The company behind them is Cellar Door Wine Bars Ltd and the site that has been chosen is in Prestwich village. That district is already home to many hospitality outlets, so the wine bar would fit in very well. The Plans that have been sent to the council are for a facility that would combine the bar with a shop.

If they are given the go ahead, it would be located in Bury New Road. The idea is to convert an existing building that is currently lying empty. Cellar Door Wine Bars Ltd wants to create a venue with space for 44 people.

There would be three people employed full time to serve the customers, and the bar would occupy two floors. Graphic Design Services can be useful to the owners of new Prestwich bars, as they can help with the creation of advertising Posters for them.

According to the Manchester Evening News, the application for this bar goes on to state that:
“The window on the first floor will also be replaced with a patio door to allow access to the balcony at the front of the building.”

A date for a decision has not yet been announced.
