A house in Prestwich could be set for conversion into a home for children, if the local council approves the application that has been submitted.
The developer that has sent the application in is Supreme Start Ltd, and the house that it wants to convert is on Heywood Road in Prestwich. The plan it is asking Bury Council to approve is for a facility that would house four children at a time. They would be looked after by professional staff on a 24-hour basis and would reside permanently at the address.
These Plans also state that parking spaces would be created for both visitors and staff. This would ensure the existing parking spaces in the road and nearby area do not become overwhelmed.
When new facilities like children’s homes open in the town, planners sometimes turn to Prestwich Stationery printers. These outlets can supply them with all of the official Forms they need.
The staff who are employed at the home would work on a shift basis, split into daytimes and night times. Among other duties, they would provide activities for the children during the weekends.
In its application, Supreme Start Ltd says that homes of this kind offer safe environments to youngsters who are unable to reside with their families.
A date for Bury Council to announce its decision about the Plans is still to be revealed.Get a Free Quote for Forms Get a Free Quote for Stationery Get a Free Quote for Plans
