Capital Care Group owns Weston Park on Macclesfield’s Moss Lane. The organisation has chosen to help NHS England deal with the COVID-19 crisis by allowing the local health trust use of the facility. Printing services can be handy when a firm alters the structure of its operation, particularly when further changes are a real possibility.
The managing director of Capital Care Group, Manjeet Rai, told Cheshire Live:
“We hope that by offering this space to patients, completely free of charge, Macclesfield General Hospital will then have the capacity it needs to treat those who are most unwell from the coronavirus outbreak.”
Rai also said that the group wanted to give something back to the local community. She pointed out that the care homes her enterprise owns are located in the heart of their respective communities.
It is suggested that the amenity in question is purpose-built. As a result, East Cheshire NHS Trust might be able to keep patients there, while dealing with more critical cases elsewhere. The 30 beds may prove to be a valuable local asset. Fortunately, the building is separate from the main hub of the home.
In ordinary times, the unit has delivered a mixture of services. People needing care for dementia and respite care have had their specific requirements addressed on the premises.
