Familiar figures from hit television shows like Drag Race and a presenter for CBeebies are among the names that will feature in the production of Snow White. Divina De Campo from the former has been lined up for the part of Queen Morgiana, the main villain of the piece. CBeebies favourite Gyasi Sheppy is set to take on the role of Prince Laurence of Loughborough.
He will bring plenty of pantomime experience to it. Sheppy has previously featured in productions of Cinderella and Dick Whittington, among others. Talking to the Leicester Mercury about his upcoming role, he stated that:
“I don’t want to wish the year away but I am always ready for panto and can’t wait to play the prince on the stunning stage at De Montfort Hall in Leicester.”

Another star who will appear in the show is former X-Factor winner Sam Bailey. She will be portraying the Spirit of the Mirror.
Snow White will open on 13th December.
