Taking inspiration from a previous Paint & Sip event, Craft & Sip is a women-only event that invites ladies to enjoy their favourite craft while having a chat and their preferred tipple.
Among the crafts expected to be participated in are knitting, sewing, cross stitching, drawing and model clay. Floral arrangers and decoupages are also welcome, and practising elements of graphic designed may appeal to some. The organisers make it clear that amusement and relaxation is the aim of the afternoon:
“All levels and abilities are welcome - this event is more about having fun and connecting with other like-minded souls - but if you happen to create a masterpiece whilst you enjoy a mellow Malbec, then more power to you!”
Drawing materials and paper will be available on the day for those with no particular craft in mind. Ladies will arrive to a welcome drink and snacks at the event.
Craft & Sip will take place on Saturday, 24 February from 2pm to 4.30pm. Tickets are available online and priced at £11.50.
