Starting in late November, a Winnipeg pop-up market will be offering lots of holiday gift ideas for those who attend.
A staple event in the community since 1979, the annual Signatures Handmade Market will wrap up November with four days of festive fun. It will provide an opportunity to show some love to Canadian crafters, makers and other small businesses, and admission will be free.
The shoppers at the sale will be able to purchase items prepared by makers from all across Canada, and it has earned a reputation for being one of the city’s premier shopping events. Members of the public will be able to meet many of the crafters in person, and the activity will be held at the RBC Convention Centre.
Canadian creatives who feel the market is a good fit for what they craft are welcome to submit an application to take part. Those that are selected will be offered a variety of benefits, including use of a powered booth space, draping, a listing in the show program and on the function's website. Show programs can be created by companies offering printing services.
The 2024 Signatures Handmade Market will be helping Winnipeg shoppers find the right gift for everyone on their list from November 28th to December 1st. It will open at 10:00 am each day.
