Winnipeg stable offering riding workshops

Horseback riding is an activity many would like to try, and an upcoming Winnipeg program will help individuals get started.

Sagehill Stables is accepting applications for its Winter Riding Program, which is suitable for anyone from aged eight and up. Even older adults can get in on the fun, and there will be ten classes held that will run for two hours each.

During the lessons, the participants will learn about riding, safety, theory and general horse care. The lessons have been designed so that they will give those who are new to the world of riding confidence, and an assortment of learning materials will be used.

The organizers of the workshops have explained that a deposit is required to reserve a seat in the workshops. The rest of the fees will need to be paid during the program, and can be made in two payments. Horse and tack rental and the instruction are all included, and long pants, closed-toed shoes and riding helmets will be mandatory.

COVID-19 questionnaires must also be filled out by each learner, and Stationery printers are often asked to provide custom-designed items like these.

Those who would like to tick horseback riding off their bucket list are welcome to visit the online listing for the Winter Introductory Riding Program. There are various January 2021 start dates to choose from.
