A Surrey event planner wants to help make the holidays happy for one and all, and it has put out a call to the community seeking support for its toy drive.
The host of the third annual Hopes and Dreams Toy Drive is hoping to collect lots of new, unwrapped toys to distribute to local kids, and Covid prevention measures will be in place throughout the three-hour-long event. The agenda is filled with activities, and both pre-registrations and walk-ins are welcome.
Kids will be able to spend some time with Santa, and there will also be bounce houses, face painting, refreshments and lots of other fun. The adults can try their luck in the Mystery Wine & Beer Pull, and all of the proceeds from the day will be donated to the Surrey Women’s Centre.
To help make the toy drive a success, the organizers announced that they will also accept contributions of cash and gift cards, as well as new toys. Festive decor can help to put everyone in the holiday spirit at an event like this, and it can be sourced from a local banner printing company.
The Hopes and Dreams Toy Drive will be held on December 5th at 12350 Pattullo Place. Tickets are on offer now for anyone who would like to reserve their space.
