This summer, Pacificsport Fraser Valley will be holding a girls-only XploreSportz Baseball and Volleyball Summer Camp in Surrey.
Pacificsport Fraser Valley is a non-profit organization that provides athletes in the area with helpful resources, support and training. It offers events such as the XploreSports Baseball and Volleyball camp in several cities across British Columbia, including Surrey. Sports that the organization teaches to children include football, basketball, volleyball and baseball.
In partnership with Baseball BC and Volleyball BC, Pacificsport Fraser Valley has organized this Surrey event to allow girls between ages 7 and 12 to try out both sports for a week. Children will practice baseball and volleyball under the guidance of qualified coaches. The camp is designed to give participants a fun, engaging way to learn how to play new sports. Brochure printing is often selected by organizers of camps like this who wish to hand out event information and rules to all participants and their parents or guardians.
Tickets for the five-day camp cost $200 per child and can be purchased online. Up to 40 children can participate in the event.
The XploreSportz Baseball and Volleyball Summer Camp is set to take place at the Whalley Athletic Park from Monday, August 8 to Friday, August 12. Each day of the camp will last from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.
