Potters Christmas Store and Twins Cancer Fundraising will be joining forces to host a seasonal Surrey fundraiser, and 250 residents of the community will be sitting down at long tables to enjoy a winter feast.
The Long Table Christmas Gala will see guests of all ages coming together to enjoy a three-course meal, as well as an ahi tuna poke bar, wine pairings and signature Van Meer’ cocktails. As a special way of thanking the attendees for their support, each table will be treated to live entertainment provided by local performers and other artists right at their tableside.
The contributions from the evening will be donated to the Cannuck Pace Children’s Hospice. Upon arrival, each guest will receive a glass of wine, courtesy of Chaberton Estate Winery. The starters will be served to the seated crowd, which will be followed by a salad, main course and then a specially selected dessert. Wide format printing can be utilized to craft Banners and other oversize decoration for use during an occasion such as this.
The fundraiser has been planned for the evening of November 17, and the doors will open at 7:00 pm. Tickets start at $270 per couple, and donations to the cause from those who want to help but cannot attend in person will also be appreciated. It will be held in Potters Nursery in Surrey, and all are welcome.
