Surrey offers free family fun for Canada Day

This July, Surrey will be joining communities all across the country to wish Canada a happy birthday.

Surrey has scheduled a day filled with Canadian themed fun at the Bill Reid Millennium Amphitheatre, and there will be plenty to see and do for all ages. Admission will be free, and all are welcome.

Both community members and visitors alike are on the guest list for the day, and the families in the crowd can head to the area that has activities planned with children in mind. There will be activities that explore First Nations’ culture, and other indigenous programming is also in the works. Food trucks and a beer garden will please foodies that are attending, and there will be carnival style rides and a variety of exhibitors with displays to visit. Live music will have everyone on their feet, and as the day draws to a close, the attendees can take in the fireworks spectacular.

Summer and outdoor activities often go hand in hand. A poster printing company will have the equipment and expertise needed to craft weather resistant signage and other materials.

Surrey Canada Day 2025 will see the fun get started at 10:00 am on July 1. The festivities will continue on until the fireworks show set for dusk, and everyone is welcome to bring their own folding chair or blanket to sit on.
