Surrey’s CRAFT Academy Salon will be welcoming local hair stylists who would like to add some new tricks to their tool box, and it will be focused on creating the ‘best bob’.
The event will teach techniques that can be used with a variety of hair types and textures, and it will make it easier for attendees to determine which cut is right for an individual’s head shape.
Students will discover how they can work with a client's natural hair texture and fall, and they will learn the differences between structural and visual balance. Layering will be included in the discussion, and by the end of the training session, all attendees will be able to create short hair styles for their clientele which should be maintainable at home.
Each person who Signs up to this training day is asked to bring along a styling kit, and they will need to provide a model for the hands-on portion of the workshop. Rewarding attendees of training sessions such as this a certificate of completion can be a good way of recognizing accomplishments, and local Stationery printers can craft these and include the organizer’s logo design.
