Cheyenne vaccine clinic keeps pets healthy

The Cheyenne Animal Shelter wants to ensure local companion animals live their best lives, and its vaccine clinic is set to help it reach that goal.

The organization will be running a low cost vaccine clinic, and both dogs and cats can be accommodated. Microchipping services will also be available, and appointments may be booked in advance.

The staff that will be on hand for the clinic will be administering canine and feline distemper combination vaccines, and one for bordetella will also be on offer. The rabies vaccine will be administered as well, and the cost will depend on which ones are selected. Microchipping, which includes registration, will be available for $40.00, and will help to make sure a lost pet finds its way home. The activity will be running for four hours, and it will take place at the shelter.

Animal welfare organizations give a voice to those who cannot speak for themselves, and they often count on the generosity of both the public and the local corporate community for support. Creative fundraising can help them keep their doors open, and a local poster printing company will be happy to help find cost-effective solutions.

The Cheyenne Animal Shelter, located at 800 Southwest Drive, will offer this pop-up vaccine day on June 20th. It will run from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm.
