Cheyenne fundraiser looks for local chili champ

The Boys and Girls Club of Southeast Wyoming has cordially invited everyone to be part of a Cheyenne winter experience that will feature bowls of chili served piping hot from the pot.

The organization’s Magical World of Chili fundraiser will be on offer at the Event Center at Archer, 3801 Archer Parkway later this month, and all ages are welcome. Anyone interested in entering a team in the Chili Challenge may do so for $150, and the fun will run for four hours.

The spicy festival will provide a sunlit adventure-style experience, and there will be themed games to play and other family-friendly fun. Drinks will be served, and everyone can cheer on the competitors in the contest that will seek the local chili champ. Adult tickets to be part of the fun are $25, while those for kids are $5.

A friendly culinary contest can be exciting for the contestants and spectators alike. Print professionals that offer in-house graphic design options will be able to prepare award certificates, as well as trophies and other Corporate Gifts to present to the winners.

This event will crown Cheyenne’s Chili Champ on Saturday, January 24. The doors will open at 12:00 pm, and its web listing offers a registration link as well as more details. The event wraps up at 4:00 pm.
