Cheyenne’s First Responders are its community heroes, and they will be getting a big tip of the hat thanks to an activity set for this coming September.
The annual Heroes Fall Extravaganza will show its police, firefighters, paramedics and other emergency personnel that their neighbors stand behind them. It will also raise funds for Simply Heroes, which is a not-for-profit organization that helps veterans, currently serving military members and first responders.
The activity will feature a pop-up style market of local vendors, and many area crafters will be setting up shop. A variety of seasonal items will be on offer and may also be an opportunity for the public to get a jump start on their gift buying for the 2026 winter holiday season. They can also spend some time in the venue’s arcade or try their hand at a round of mini-golf, and there will be other fun in the mix as well.
Fall festivals and markets often attract a lot of attention, offering a fun way to make the most of the season. A banner printing company can prepare reusable decor, which can help in bringing an activity in at, or even under, budget.
The Cheyenne Ice and Events Center will roll out the welcome mat for this community celebration on September 12th. It will begin at 10:00 am.
