The City of South Charleston will be presenting Summerfest 2025 for four days in mid-August.
Nine food vendors including two food trucks, and two concessions stands will be vending treats along 7th Avenue. and everyone will want to support the SC Women's Club by buying lots of ice cream. Other vendors will have their own area and these will include Paparazz, Squish Accessories & Gifts, Bon Bon Boutique and Martins Family Creations. Ridgewood Pool will be selling cotton candy and there will be an organ donors booth.
A free kids' zone will have a jump mouse, obstacle course, face painting, and snow cones. A special area has been set aside for toddlers, and a large area has been designated for the M & M inflatables.
The stage will offer two bands each night and fireworks will end the festivities at 10:00 pm on Saturday.
Organizers of events like this often get their banner printing, and poster printing done at local Print shops.
The 2025 Summerfest Car Show that will run from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm on Saturday. The show will be open to all makes, years, and models, stock or custom, and vehicles will be displayed around the Mound. Trophies will be given in Best of categories, and $100 cash will be given out every 1/2 hour.
Summerfest will take place at the Mound, 7th Avenue and D Street, August 13th through August 16th from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm each night.
