South Charleston ladies and their daughters who have an interest in fairytales, most specifically the kind that feature princesses, may want to attend a special Princess event this holiday season as Recovery Point Warriors Inc. will be hosting a Princess Party.
The party will include snacks and beverages, a story time, nails and hair styling and interactions with actors portraying princesses and other children attending the event. The professional princesses working the party will be from Putnam Princess Parties, a group that puts on various types of princess parties at various local events, including school-based parties. The team includes 40 trained actors, mostly female, who portray up to 50 different princess personas. Attendees can also purchase professional photo sessions with the professional princess, for $25, which includes five digital images.
Professional pictures are often taken to local Print shops to be included in family Calendars and newsletters.
The purpose of the party is to provide a fun and engaging experience for women and girls throughout the South Charleston area, while accepting donations to purchase seasonal gifts for children of women at Recovery Point of Charleston, a women's recovery program provider.
The Princess party will be on Saturday November 15, running from 10:00 am to noon at Southridge Church, located at 100 Eagle Dr. Tickets will be $10 for general admission for adults, $15 for same family siblings, and $20 for Princess (child) tickets.
