As the warmth of summer fades into the cooler days of fall, and event will give South Charleston residents and its crafting community a chance to connect.
The Mound Arts and Crafts Festival will be showcasing the talents of more than 100 local artisans and craftspeople, showcasing how much talent there is right in the local area. The whole family is welcome to stop by and explore what is on offer, and the whole celebration will be set up so that it encircles the Mound, which can be found next to MacCorkle Avenue/U.S. 60.
During the festival, the public will be welcome to browse through and purchase a wide selection of handmade goods, and as many of the makers will be on site, the shoppers will be able to meet them in person. Food will be on offer for anyone who would like a snack or even a full meal.
