Seasonal art lesson to offer special experience

A creative activity with a spooky element will be taking place next month. This event is sure to entertain South Charleston residents.

Black Cat Pumpkin Painting Experience is a class put on by the business Uncork & Create. The studio uses skilled artists to teach people with various levels of knowledge how to paint their unique picture. The canvas will be at the size of 16”x20”. Starting with basic techniques, the instructor will lead participants through the different stages of creating the piece. Once an attendee feels confident, they are able to add onto their painting however they like. The venue has various drinks for guests to choose from, including several types of wine. Snacks are also available. These will both come at an additional cost to the price of the ticket. Those who will be consuming alcohol are required to be at least 21 years of age.

The ticket for the class includes the canvas and other materials needed to complete the painting, coming to a cost of $39.59, including fees. The tickets can be bought through the site for Ticket Tailor.

Flyer printing is often used when promoting activities like this one. The venue is located in nearby Charleston. Painters can arrive as early as 15 minutes before the starting time. The event will run from 6:30pm to 8:30pm on September 23rd.
