A concert set for Charleston is sure to entertain South Charleston residents early next month.
Chris Stapleton got his start as a songwriter and frontman for several bands including The Jompson Brothers and SteelDrivers. Artists he wrote for include Kenny Chesney, George Strait, Darius Rucker, and Luke Bryan.
Stapleton managed to get work as a writer just a few days after he moved to the country music capital of Nashville. Making his solo recording artist debut in 2015, this led to a successful career with several accolades. Some of the songs in his catalog include “Tennessee Whiskey,” “Broken Halos,” a feature on “I Bet You Think About Me” by Taylor Swift, “Millionaire,” and “Friendship,” as well as being involved in an album of Elton John covers.
The All-American Road Show will also feature performances by Madeline Edwards and Elle King. Tickets range from $108 to $671. All prices are currently resale values. Merchandise such as shirts, Copies of music, jackets, jewelry, and hats featuring a graphic design related to the artists are often for sale at concerts like this one.
The venue for this show is the Charleston Coliseum & Convention Center. Mobile tickets will not be sent at least 72 hours prior to the show. The concert is set to kick off at 7:00 pm on Saturday, July 9.
