The City of South Charleston 2nd Annual Charity Golf Tournament will be coming in mid-July.
All proceeds will go to the Rotary Club of South Charleston, an organization that supports local programs such as the Backpack Buddy Food Program and graduating high school senior scholarships.
Registration will be $300 per foursome and $400 for a foursome plus one Hole sponsorship. Hole sponsorship alone is $100, while other packages include Orange and Black for $500 and the Black Eagle for $1,000. The regular foursome registration will include a round of 18 holes, morning snacks, gift Bags, refreshments from a beverage cart and lunch. Awards will go to thr top three finishers and prizes will go to winners in the longest drive, closest to the pin, and longest putt contests.
Hole sponsorships will include business logo and name on signage at one hole. Those sponsoring at the $500 and $1,000 levels need to get their names and logos to the event organizers before any banner printing gets underway. All sponsors will get recognition on the event's social media. Gift Certificates are welcome and will be used for the silent auction, raffle, and prizes.
Back for its second year, the 2025 tournament will take place Friday, July 18 from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm at the Little Creek Golf Course, 99 Fairway Drive.
